Strawberry quartz, also called Tanzberry Quartz or Red Aventurine is deep pink quartz with mica and muscovite inclusions that give it a glitter like sparkle. It has the heart-opening energy of rose quartz, but is brighter and more insistent - bringing some root and sacral chakra energy in there due to the inclusions. It can increase confidence and decrease nervousness, while encouraging kindness and compassion.
