Crystals are mined from the earth and none are ‘perfect.’ They will have surface irregularities and color variations that make them unique. Each crystal you own is the only one like it on earth. I try to include pictures from various angles, but let me know if you want additional photos or measurements prior to purchase.

Returns Policy
I don't accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged in transit, but please contact me if there are any issues with your order. I want you to love it! Please check the measurements of all items prior to purchase. I try to include a picture of me holding items for scale as well, but if you have questions, let me know.
Shipping
All orders over $65 receive free shipping in the United States. Orders below $65 in the United States ship for a $6 flat fee. This does not include insurance. If you would like insurance, select the Flat Rate with Insurance option at check-out.
Customers local to the Rochester, New York area are welcome to pick up their order! Just select Pickup and you won't be charged for shipping. I will reach out via email to set up a time for you to pickup!
International buyers should select local pickup, and then contact me regarding a separate invoice for shipping. I will work to ship the most economical way possible, but international buyers are responsible for any taxes and tariffs in their home country.
Absent an unforeseen emergency, all order are shipped within three business days.
All items are shipped without signature confirmation unless requested. If the package is marked as delivered but is missing, I cannot issue a refund, so please let me know in advance if you are concerned about package theft.
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, save the item and your packaging and contact me as soon as possible.
Gifts
In addition to the paid gift wrapping option, I also offer a free handwritten gift message (on a small card) for all orders - just let me know in your order comments.
Pre-Order Items
If you order an item that's available for pre-order, your entire order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available. If you want it to ship in two shipments, please place two orders.
In-Person Shopping
I occasionally have events in the Rochester, New York area to offer customers an opportunity to view (and touch!) the inventory. Be sure to sign up for the email newsletter and follow me on Instagram @latticewingcrystals to be notified. I also offer shopping by appointment for local customers.
