Rutile is a high-pressure, high-temperature titanium-oxide mineral sometimes found as an inclusion in clealr and smoky quartz. It is usually brownish-red, but can also be gold.
Rutilated quartz has all of the properties of clear quartz, bringing light and illumination to all areas of the mind and spirit. It is said that the golden inclusions bring an etheric, angelic energy to the stone, increasing its healing powers.
